Our aim was to enter the property market as a boutique property business, serving as a friendly and approachable face for individual buyers, sellers, and renters. We wanted to move away from the very corporate style that most agencies had adopted and instead create a more personal, client-centered approach, helping to ease what can often be a very daunting process. Initially, we focused on catering to family, friends, and referrals, with the intention of building our business literally from the ground up and becoming a trusted and safe partner in the industry.
